Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Power BI & Data Analytics Engineer to transform engineering specifications into interactive dashboards, automated reports, and data-driven insights for municipal water utilities.

You will build scalable Power BI solutions, data models, and reporting that connect multiple systems, with GIS integration and Azure-based pipelines to support real-time decision making. Collaborate with engineers to deliver actionable visuals that help clients optimize infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong SQL querying, transforming, and modeling skills.
• Python for reporting, automation, or data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Esri GIS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Azure Fabric.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Solid data modeling and BI best practices knowledge.
• Experience with time-series, geospatial, or asset management data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports from specifications.
• Create scalable data models using SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Integrate Esri GIS data and geospatial assets into dashboards.
• Develop APIs and cloud solutions using Azure to support reporting pipelines.
