Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with post-award financial management of grants.

• Experience working remotely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with Workday Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Researches and understands any special conditions of awards in a portfolio.
• Monitors financial activity for awards, including overspends and cost sharing.
• Maintains knowledge of sponsor/university requirements and policies.
• Recommends and processes accounting adjustments to award expenditures.
• Documents cost-share expenditures and handles effort reporting.
• Assists in budget revisions and no-cost extensions.
• Provides and reviews sponsored funding financial reports.
• Collaborates with team and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Escalates complex situations to leadership when needed.
