The position emphasizes preparing RPPRs, budget projections, and subaward management, while training staff on financial systems and tools. This role supports a dynamic research environment with collaborative leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of grant-related experience.
• Familiarity with budgets and budget preparation in an administrative role.
• Experience with Cayuse, eRA Commons, Proposal Central, and Research.gov.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support grant proposal development and budget preparation.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly budget projections and financial reports.
• Assist with RPPRs in NIH eRA Commons.
• Process subaward requests and monitor subaward invoices.
• Provide training and assistance to faculty and staff on financial reports and tools.
• Coordinate information between staff, PIs, Sponsoring Agencies, and Grant Accounting.
