Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Remote (Indianapolis, IN) Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and expand therapy utilization. You will manage accounts, support product placement and dressing changes, and ensure proper billing documentation to fuel sustainable growth.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience or a High School Diploma with 4 years in related roles, plus strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management
• Identify and solving customer financial & clinical priorities
• Educating clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing
• Partnering with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure required billing documentation
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions
• Persuading key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products
• Providing customer support and service
• Demonstrating proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program
• Leveraging company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking
• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
