Job summary

Talent Harbor seeks an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to expand our post-acute care network in Maryland and beyond. This fully remote role involves building relationships with SNFs, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare leaders to drive strategic partnerships and growth.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements, collaborate with Operations for smooth onboarding, and develop marketing campaigns and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare business development within post-acute markets.
• Proven consultative sales success with healthcare buyers.
• Willingness to travel across Maryland and work remotely.

Responsibilities
