Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. in the United States seeks a POS Solutions Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of POS solutions for retail environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and user-friendly deployments that meet scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires five or more years managing technology projects, experience with POS platforms and payment processing, strong PM skills across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or enterprise deployments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with POS platforms, retail tech, payment processing, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, scope, and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead POS solution projects through full lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Manage scope, dependencies, changes, issues, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and align with business priorities.
• Establish governance, communication plans, reporting, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate training, documentation, and handoffs; ensure operational readiness.
