Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. is actively seeking a POS Solutions Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of POS solutions for retail environments.

This role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems. The ideal candidate will manage projects from requirements through deployment, stabilization, and enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, software implementations, or enterprise deployments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with POS platforms, retail technology, or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead POS solution projects through full lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation support (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and status reports.
• Manage scope, dependencies, changes, issues, risks, and governance.
