speakit is seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer support professional for a fully remote role within Greece. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information via email, phone and chat, and update records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, tech-savviness, and the ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends. Relocation to Greece is supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Portuguese (C1–C2) with good English (B2)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence using digital tools
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and follow compliance guidelines
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends
• Based or able to relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and chat
• Accurately update customer records and feedback in CRM systems
• Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions and regulatory requirement
