Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Quality Leader for Gas Power Global Services. You will drive a high-maturity quality organization, partner with field services, and lead enterprise quality goals and KPIs globally.

You will engage with customers/regulators, improve issue resolution speed with advanced tools, and travel as needed (>25%). The role requires a strong Lean/Quality background and cross-functional leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in Operations using Quality & Lean methodologies.
• Experience leading global quality transformations across multiple regions and functions.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes in power/field service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohesive customer and field quality vision aligned with Zero-Defect framework.
• Drive initiatives to improve regional reliability, customer responsiveness, and cost of poor quality.
• Define enterprise quality goals, KPIs, action plans and roadmaps.
• Engage in major customer issues, ensure RCA actions are global and effective.
• Represent the business on quality with customers, regulators, and partners.
• Operationalize early risk defect identification to meet DLG reduction targets.
• Lead deployment of Customer Experience improvements and MOR for Global Services.
• Develop and coach a multi-regional quality organization.
