Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Quality leader in the United States to own quality assurance and control for products and services. The role includes creating control plans, inspection sheets, standardized work, PFMEA, and applying technical knowledge to implement quality policies while guiding junior team members.

You will communicate across teams, resolve issues within established procedures, and act as the primary customer interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience leading teams or projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Relocation within the US is available.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of quality assurance and quality control for products and services.
• Create and maintain CPs, inspection sheets, standardized work instructions, PFMEA knowledge.
• Apply specialized knowledge to implement policies and support roles in technical fields.
• Communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers as the primary interface for GE Vernova.
