Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to lead portfolio-level delivery across multiple client engagements, overseeing Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and global teams. You will drive delivery quality, stability, and client satisfaction, shaping strategy and outcomes across the portfolio.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, develop teams, and guide multi-project delivery with a focus on scalable, high-impact results in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering/Technology management or related field.
Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments.
Experience with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level to manage delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio.
Steer structure to meet KPIs: client satisfaction, delivery stability, staffing continuity, operational efficiency, portfolio performance.
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams distributed worldwide.
Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
