Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to provide portfolio-level leadership across multiple client engagements, guiding delivery governance and senior stakeholder expectations. The role emphasizes organizational capability, client satisfaction, and scalable project delivery across global teams.

Ideal candidates bring engineering/tech management credentials, extensive experience in multi-project environments, and a record of developing delivery organizations while interfacing with C-level

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering Management or related field preferred.
Experience leading technology delivery organizations with multiple concurrent client engagements.
Proven ability to lead and develop delivery teams and interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across the portfolio.
Align delivery with KPIs including client satisfaction, stability, staffing, and efficiency.
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with global, multicultural teams.
Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
