Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, consulting, investing, or similar.
• Ability to learn quickly and ask sharp questions.
• Proficiency with data and AI concepts; ability to assess outputs.
• Strong synthesis and clear written and oral communication.
• Independent work style with collaborative touchpoints.
• Thoughtful relationship management with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of PJMF focus areas and AI/data roles.
• Conduct landscape analyses to identify opportunities in AI/data for social good.
• Produce retrospectives to summarize outcomes and derive insights for priorities.
• Prepare evidence-based recommendations to guide funding decisions.
• Identify collaboration opportunities across grantees and fields.
• Provide flexible, project-based support and share learnings from grants.
