Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote, 100% contractor role focused on helping families choose supplemental benefits. No hourly or salaried pay; compensation is commission-based with training, licensing guidance, and inbound leads.

You’ll work independently from a home office across the U.S., complete required licensing, participate in ongoing mentorship, and have opportunities for leadership as you grow with a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to obtain required state Life & Health Insurance license.
• Strong self-motivation and organization; comfortable with remote work.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to individuals or families.
• Support enrollees through licensing and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow up with clients.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
