Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent educational achievements.
• Experience managing large projects across multiple teams/divisions and external partners.
• Proven ability to develop strategic project plans and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects including planning, budgeting, risk and contract management.
• Develop written policy briefs, research memos and presentations.
• Supervise staff and provide direction for project deliverables.
• Engage stakeholders and funders to advance project priorities.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, standards, and funder requirements.
