The Council of State Governments Justice Center is seeking a Policy Manager to provide leadership and subject-matter guidance for policy initiatives, managing day-to-day project execution, and delivering high-quality resources for policymakers and practitioners at state, local, and Tribal levels.

Responsibilities include building relationships with government officials, supervising staff where applicable, and advancing project goals with independence and accuracy across diverse justice-system

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent educational achievements.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management and coordination across multiple teams and funders.
• Develop policy briefs, memos, and presentations for state policymakers and practitioners.
• Support and strengthen cross-system collaboration to advance policy initiatives.
• Manage contracts and liaise with senior staff on funder updates and reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality resources and products.
• Represent the organization externally through communications and stakeholder engagement.
