Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support ICE; role is fully remote within CONUS. Responsibilities include drafting responses, policy analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver timely tasking responses and reports.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in a US government setting and ability to obtain DHS clearance (US citizenship required). Candidates should excel in fast-paced environments and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience (or commensurate experience)
• Experience working in a dynamic, quick turn US government environment
• Clearance required: DHS clearance (US citizenship required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear analyses

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support, draft responses to congressional correspondence, information requests, and senior leadership documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with federal law enforcement managers and SMEs
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies in clear language
• Track and report progress of high-profile tasks and reports
• Support ad hoc research, process improvements, and fast-moving projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for timely responses
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to clients’ needs
• Support cross-discipline team members to meet project deadlines
• Develop and disseminate information to customers and external stakeholders
