Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a highly motivated Policy Analyst to join our Government & Regulatory Affairs team. You will track, analyze, and report on legislation and regulations affecting ZoomInfo, with a focus on ad tech, privacy, AI, and data brokerage.

You will work with leadership and coalitions to shape policy positions, draft advocacy materials, and monitor regulatory developments. Minimum 3 years in policy roles and a BA/BS are required. US-based remote work option available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a legislative, regulatory, or public policy role (corporate, trade association, or government).
• Experience with technology, privacy, or digital advertising policy preferred.
• BA/BS degree as listed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal, state, and international legislative and regulatory developments relevant to ZoomInfo, with emphasis on ad tech, privacy, AI, and data brokerage.
• Analyze policy proposals concerning advertising, cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking technologies, and targeted/behavioral advertising.
• Evaluate bill proposals based on likelihood of passage and impact on ZoomInfo and customers.
• Prepare concise status reports on key legislation for upper management and coalitions (BIC, FPF).
• Draft outreach communications for advocacy and rulemaking (memos, talk tracks, briefs, presentations).
• Represent ZoomInfo in meetings with allied organizations and industry groups.
