Job summary

Turing is seeking a project-based Lead Annotator Team Lead to supervise a small team of annotators in a fully remote, flexible environment. You will manage daily pod activities, clarify guidelines, and ensure timely, high-quality results for AI training data tasks.

The role focuses on onboarding new annotators, addressing guideline questions, and reporting progress to the Team Lead. Remote collaboration with a global team is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of overall experience in related roles.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Supportive communication and problem-solving skills; annotation/AI training data experience is a plus.

Offer Details:

1. This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
2. Each task will involve comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.
3. Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
4. Work Hours - 7am-4pm PST
5. Duration: 16 weeks.
