Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a senior Navigation & PNT Expert to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced navigation systems leveraging GNSS, inertial sensors, and sensor fusion.

You will translate system needs into robust, real-world solutions for defense, commercial, and space applications. The role requires deep expertise in GNSS, inertial sensors, and timing systems, with proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and ROS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PNT, navigation systems, or related domains.
• Deep understanding of GNSS (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou) and augmentation systems.
• Experience with inertial sensors and sensor-fusion algorithms (EKF/UKF, SLAM).
• Proficiency with simulation/analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, C/C++, ROS).
• Experience with real-world data collection, calibration, and system testing.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PNT solutions, including GNSS-based systems and multi-sensor fusion architectures.
• Analyze positioning, navigation, and timing performance across environments.
• Develop, tune, and validate navigation algorithms and Kalman filters.
• Model and simulate PNT systems to support design decisions.
• Lead integration and testing in lab and field environments.
