Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Navigation & PNT Expert to lead design, development, integration, and validation of advanced navigation systems. This role leverages GNSS, inertial sensors, sensor fusion, and AI-enabled methods to deliver robust solutions for defense, commercial, and space applications.

Remote work from a home office is supported. The candidate brings 10+ years in PNT or related fields, strong programming in MATLAB/Python/C/C++, and proven ability to execute with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in PNT, navigation systems, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of GNSS (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou) and augmentation systems.
• Knowledge of inertial sensors and sensor fusion techniques.
• Experience with navigation and timing algorithms and simulation tools.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, ROS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PNT solutions including GNSS-based systems, inertial navigation, and multi-sensor fusion architectures.
• Analyze performance under diverse environments (GNSS-denied, urban canyon).
• Develop, tune, and validate navigation algorithms and filtering (EKF/UKF).
• Model and simulate PNT systems to predict performance and support design decisions.
• Lead integration and testing in lab and field environments with representative sensors and platforms.
• Document findings and communicate results to stakeholders.
