Job summary

You will drive strategy, translate system needs into reliable real-world solutions, and collaborate with hardware, software, autonomy, and systems engineering teams. Requires 10+ years in PNT and strong GNSS/inertial expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PNT, navigation systems, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of GNSS and augmentation systems; inertial sensors and sensor fusion.
• Expertise in navigation algorithms and timing systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and ROS; real-world data collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PNT solutions including GNSS-based systems and multi-sensor fusion.
• Analyze performance across environments (GNSS-denied, urban canyon).
• Develop, tune, and validate navigation algorithms (Kalman filters, EKF/UKF).
• Model and simulate PNT systems to predict performance.
• Lead integration and field testing with representative sensors.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
