Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Quality Specialist to manage program documentation, ensure deliverable quality, and align reporting with PMO governance in a fully remote role. You will oversee the deliverables matrix, validate 508 conformance, and coordinate reviews across multiple teams to maintain consistency and compliance.

You will collaborate with PMO, schedulers, content owners, and technical teams, supporting SOPs, templates, and governance packages while tracking risks and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation management, quality assurance, or PMO support.
• Experience maintaining deliverable matrices, documentation repositories, or program reporting tools.
• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs with governance requirements.
• Experience ensuring documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the program-wide deliverables matrix and update tracking per PMO requirements.
• Ensure documentation and reporting consistency across Task 1, 2 and 3 deliverables.
• Maintain MTAR documentation, templates, workflows, and review processes.
• Conduct quality checks for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and contractual compliance.
• Validate Section 508 conformance for documentation and uploaded content.
• Coordinate deliverable reviews with task leads, PMO leadership, and technical owners.
• Maintain version control for deliverables, templates, and PMO reference materials.
• Assist in developing SOPs, style guides, quality checklists, and documentation standards.
• Support governance packages, reports, and milestone reviews.
• Track documentation risks and areas for process improvement.
