Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to manage projects, financials, and support program managers with large complex program awards. You will report to the VP of PMO and collaborate with operations, accounting, and sales to drive customer consensus.

The role requires 3+ years of government contracting experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and the ability to brief decision makers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years with government contracting / DoD experience.
  • Project-based accounting/finance experience managing costs and schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning, budgeting/forecasting, invoicing, and overall project strategy.
  • Analyzing project data to optimize performance and propose solutions.
  • Review project contracts and financials.
  • Coordinate program activities and set priorities for execution.
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
  • Develop customer and internal briefs as needed.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management.
  • Review customer documents and create submission reports.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance as needed.
  • Close attention to detail and ability to plan ahead.
