Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or global equivalent and 20+ years of work experience (or 24 years if non-degreed).
• Experience in transit or program controls is required.
• Strong cost, schedule, and risk management skills with reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Authority's Capital Baseline and associated data, budgets, forecasts, and risk information.
• Coordinate with PMO Cost Control and other units to ensure baseline integrity and timely reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and review project controls data and stakeholder reporting.
• Guide annual budgets and multi-year forecasts for program components.
• Lead baseline process improvements and documentation controls.
