Job summary

BizFirst LLC is seeking a PMO Implementation Liaison for a OneStream deployment with 100% remote work. The role acts as a coordination hub among the project management team, schedulers, implementation staff, and client stakeholders for the assigned components.

The Implementation Liaisons report to the lead PM and PM support, with increasing scope and independence across MC-II, MC-III, and MC-IV levels. The firm specializes in federal government projects, strategic execution, financial processes,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering federal programs or PMO support in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong ability to coordinate across client, contractor, business, and technical teams.
• Proven track record in governance, status reporting, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central coordination point between implementation team and client stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, decisions, and actions across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs for requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Route questions and escalations to appropriate owners for timely resolution.
• Track open items and follow up to prevent delays to milestones and readiness.
• Support alignment between business requirements, governance actions, and day-to-day delivery.
• Assist with cross-team meeting prep, status reviews, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Document decisions and concerns in project plans, logs, and deliverables.
• Support coordination across requirements approval, SIT, training, UAT, deployment readiness, and handoff.
