SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented, in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in PMO or project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CAPM is a plus; salary ranges from $65,000 to $108,000 USD.

• Minimum 2 years in project coordination or PMO support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
