Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Required: a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in project coordination or PMO support, with strong organization and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). CAPM is a plus but not required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
