Job summary

Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company offering fully remote PMHNP roles across the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, supported by experienced psychiatrists via consults and peer reviews.

We provide flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), weekly pay, malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and robust operational help. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year based on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with meds and brief therapy.
• Deliver patient-centered care with evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Utilize telehealth technology and care systems effectively.
