Full-time and part-time positions are available with robust operational support and credentialing assistance. Practice at the top of your license from anywhere in the U.S., with annual compensation ranging from $150K to $300K and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar, etc.).
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments (history, diagnostics, risk).
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans (medication management ± brief psychotherapy).
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and reviews.
• Leverage technology and telehealth systems to ensure reliable care.
