Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnostics, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
