Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care through telehealth with strong clinical autonomy and comprehensive operational support. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with psychiatrists and a supportive clinical advisory board.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for psychiatric conditions via telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
