Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. This fully remote role offers meaningful clinical autonomy and substantial operational support, including scheduling, credentialing, and access to AI tools.

You will practice at the top of your license with collaboration from experienced psychiatrists, and you can choose full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering remote care and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage technology and telehealth systems to deliver care.
