Legion Health is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth with significant clinical autonomy and strong operational support. Roles are fully remote within the United States, offering both full-time and part-time options and a compensation range that reflects patient-care hours.

Providers will work with experienced psychiatrists through consults and peer reviews, while enjoying protections like malpractice coverage and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
