Legion Health invites PMHNPs to deliver world-class psychiatric care remotely across the United States. This telehealth role offers full-time or part-time schedules with extensive clinical autonomy and strong institutional support to ensure patient access and clinician well-being.

Expect to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder using evidence-based protocols. The position provides weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and resources like AI tools and credentialing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth systems effectively to deliver care.
