You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medications while collaborating with psychiatrists. The position emphasizes evidence-based care, patient-centered outcomes, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state PMHNP license to practice in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnosis, and risk.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth systems to ensure reliable care.
