Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. Roles offer full-time or part-time options with substantial clinical autonomy and support from an expert psychiatric team.

Practitioners will operate remotely with a focus on evidence-based care, collaborative consultation, and access to advanced EHR, e-Prescribe, and AI tools. Compensation reflects market-leading rates and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
Utilize telehealth technology and clinical workflows to ensure reliable remote care.
