Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs for remote telepsychiatry across the United States. You’ll practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, backed by collaborating psychiatrists and strong operational support.

Full-time or part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation package. You’ll manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and other conditions, using evidence-based protocols and a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for mental health conditions via telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and operations systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
