Job summary

Legion Health seeks clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care through telehealth across the United States. This role offers meaningful clinical autonomy without building a private practice, with support from experienced psychiatrists and a collaborative clinical community.

The position is fully remote, with full-time or part-time options and a compensation range of $150K–$300K per year based on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
