Job summary

Mood Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Seattle-area team for remote telehealth care in Washington. The role supports patients aged 11 and up, with ongoing collaboration and flexible scheduling within clinic hours.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Strong documentation and EHR proficiency are expected to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active WA PMHNP license and furnishing number.
• Active or pending WA DEA license.
• 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (11–17) and adults.
• Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder.
• Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications with emphasis on safety and efficacy.
• Maintain timely, complete clinical documentation per state and practice standards.
• Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration.
• Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
