Mood Health in Washington is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a remote role that blends in-person and telehealth care for patients aged 11 and up in Olympia and surrounding areas.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and maintain compliant documentation while collaborating with a supportive team that emphasizes clinical quality and flexible scheduling. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number.
• Active or pending Washington DEA license.
• 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (11–17) and adults.
• Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder.
• Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education.
• Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards.
• Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration.
• Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
