Qualifications

• PMHNP board certification and active APRN license.
• DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI and HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform telehealth psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document encounters in the EHR promptly and accurately.
• Provide psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education on adherence.
