Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with active ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Active APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and prescriptive privileges.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic health records system.
