Qualifications

• PMHNP board certification or equivalent required.
• Active APRN license with state privileges.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority required.

Responsibilities

• Perform telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations and risk evaluations.
• Develop evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.
• Provide psychotherapeutic guidance and education on medication adherence and mental health.
