Job summary

Brightside Health seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth. This 1099 contract role offers autonomy, collaborating psychiatrists nationwide, and a modern, AI-enabled EMR.

Providers schedule themselves, with no on-call or after-hours requirements, while maintaining licensure across multiple states and providing high-quality care remotely. Responsibilities include direct patient care via telemedicine, medication management, and timely charting.

Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license.
• PMHNP certification required.
• At least 2 years of autonomous PMHNP experience.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology.
• Licensed in 4+ states preferred.
• Available 8+ hours per week.
• Adolescent experience preferred.
• Medicare/Medicaid participation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video and async messaging).
• Prescribe and counsel regarding medications.
• Maintain licensure in applicable states and follow laws.
• Complete charting within 48 hours after sessions.
• Respond to member inquiries within 72 hours.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and care team.
