Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth services. This 1099 contract role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with psychiatrists nationwide, and AI-assisted clinical decision support.

Providers offer asynchronous and video-based care with a focus on accessible mental health treatment. Applicants must hold PMHNP certification, have at least 2 years of autonomous PMHNP practice, and be licensed in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP certification (psychiatric/mental health)
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous PMHNP experience
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology
• Licensed in 4+ states (preferred)
• 8+ hours of availability per week
• Experience with adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video and asynchronous messaging)
• Prescribe and dispense medications under state/federal laws
• Maintain licensure and stay compliant with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership remotely
• Document and chart visits within 48 hours and respond within 72 hours to patient messages
• Engage with patients through evidence-based, patient-centered care
