Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth. This 1099 contract role offers autonomy, no on-call, and collaboration with psychiatrists nationwide.

Compensation ranges from $84.00 to $115.00 per hour, with a focus on evidence-based, AI-assisted care across the nation. Applicants should hold an active PMHNP license, have 2+ years of autonomous PMHNP experience, and be licensed in 4+ states.

Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license.
• PMHNP certification required.
• At least 2 years autonomous PMHNP experience post-graduation.
• Outpatient practice experience preferred.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology.
• Licensed in 4+ states.
• Minimum 8 hours availability per week.
• Experience with adolescents preferred.
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe and dispense medications while complying with state and federal laws.
• Write medical information clearly for patients with good grammar.
• Be tech-savvy and collaborative with the team.
• Provide telemedicine patient care via synchronous video and async messaging.
• Respond promptly to leadership and member inquiries.
• Evaluate records, make prescribing decisions, and counsel on medications.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of sessions.
• Support a 72-hour messaging response window for patients.
