BRIGHT LIFE ENHANCEMENT SERVICES LL in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services in outpatient settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage medications within licensure, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, caseworkers, and support staff, plus telehealth when appropriate.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
National board certification appropriate to the area of practice.
Current DEA registration, when required for prescribing controlled substances.
Current CPR/BLS certification, if required by the organization.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health conditions preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric and behavioral health services and medication management within scope.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, caseworkers, and other professionals.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and follow-up.
Document assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately.
Coordinate care and referrals with primary care and specialty providers.
Ensure patient safety and follow HIPAA and organizational policies.
