Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver flexible, remote telemedicine care for mental health patients. You will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans with physician collaboration, using an advanced EMR and decision support tools.

Requires PMHNP certification, active APRN license, and 2+ years of autonomous PMHNP experience in outpatient settings. Telehealth proficiency and multi-state licensure (4+ states or more) preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license and APRN credentials.
• 2+ years autonomous PMHNP experience.
• Outpatient setting and telehealth experience.
• Licensed in 4+ states.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (synchronous video + asynchronous messaging).
• Prescribe and counsel on medications per state/federal laws.
• Maintain licensure and stay compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership for patient care.
