Job summary

Legion Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for telehealth roles across the United States. Practice at the top of your license with strong clinical autonomy and support from experienced psychiatrists and a collaborative team.

We offer fully remote work, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), and competitive market-leading compensation ($150K–$300K per year). Weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for psychiatric conditions via telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including medication management.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
